Well I see a house portal, but I'm not sure where it is location wise... IDK, maybe I need a clan so I can get a better look at clan citadels (if it's as Edd thinks)..

There is also a picture (They posted on Facebook) of a wicker man standing next to a Slayer Standard. I think this MIGHT be a possible guild of all skills. A Jack of all Trades guild perhaps?

I'm with Bazzy on this one, all those standards indicating skills aren't something that look too citadel like, nor there is a single standard with what could be clan colors as well.

However, if it happened to be citadel for whatever reason, it would be quite a shame, since my clan doesn't use the citadel lol.

It is the Burthorpe/Taverley graphics rework. It is going to function at least partially as a members only tutorial by the name of the Troll Warzone. By other hint pictures and those on the RS main site media section bronze and steel armours are getting a graphical update possibly all the way up to dragon armour.

A guild of all skills sounds likely, it might also be introductions to some skills as well.

Hmmm, Quests' new pics make it look like a tutorial area. Place looks neat though.
