Acer begins to expand the range of devices with antibacterial function |
Acer says silver ions (Ag+) are highly reactive particles that can significantly reduce the growth rate of bacteria on contact. These silver ions penetrate glass and other surfaces, making them less likely to stain and limiting odor-causing bacteria.
One of the newly launched antibacterial devices by Acer is the TravelMate Spin P4 – a convertible laptop model aimed at business users. The product is equipped with the 11th generation Intel Core i7 vPro CPU. The product has a 14-inch Full HD touch screen, in addition to antibacterial ability, it also meets MIL-STD 810H impact resistance standards.
