According to Digitaltrends, the Acer Nitro XV272U KF is the fastest 300 Hz refresh rate monitor ever when it comes to 1440p resolution and makes it really invisible to the human eye. The 300 Hz display is perfect for gaming, be it RPGs or first-person shooters. In addition to the high refresh rate, the display has a 0.5 millisecond response time.

Acer Nitro XV272U KF offers up to 300 Hz refresh rate at 1440p |
What sets Acer’s monitor apart from other gaming monitors is that it offers a WQHD (2550 x 1440) resolution. Currently, 1440p gaming monitors only offer 60 Hz to 240 Hz refresh rates. Gamers who want a lightning-fast display often have to stick with 1080p. Combining the two features in the new Acer Nitro XV272U KF is a bold move that makes a monitor interesting to many people, regardless of whether they want to use it for gaming or not.
Acer’s latest screen version will have a 27-inch size with an IPS panel. The product will also be HDR 600 certified, meaning the native brightness on its IPS panel will be enhanced by high dynamic range. Rated HDR 600 is a welcome signal for the screen as it promises deep contrast, high brightness and good color reproduction. All of these features are typical in IPS displays, and Acer has the potential to be a good product in terms of visuals.

The Nitro XV272U KF is compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium, however it lacks Nvidia’s G-Sync support. Fortunately, this is not a big deal as owners of Nvidia graphics cards can also use the FreeSync feature. The monitor settings give users access to Acer’s trademark software, such as the Display Widget that helps with color adjustment. Another benefit is Acer Vision Care 3.0 software – an application that adjusts the screen’s brightness based on the environment.
Like most of the Nitro series, this monitor has very thin bezels and a simple, easy-to-see design. The product comes with an adjustable stand, though Acer hasn’t revealed whether it can tilt or rotate.
There is currently no information on when the Acer Nitro XV272U KF will be officially released to the market, although a source says that the product will be released in November in North America.
