According to Neowin, Battlefield 2042 is replacing the classic Battlefield class system with Specialists characters. A few weeks ago, the development team revealed some Specialists that you can play. Each of these characters has a unique story and ability. For example, Maria Falck has the ability to fire a syringe at allied soldiers to heal them. However, if she shoots the syringe at an enemy, it will deal damage.
Battlefield 2042 continues to release trailers to reveal character content
The game just gave some details about the remaining Specialists through a trailer that includes Navi Rao, Santiago “Dozer” Espinoza, Emma “Sundance” Rosier, Ji-Soo Paik and Constantin “Angel” Anghel, all of these characters have their own unique abilities.
Navi Rao is a hacker, Dozer can defend herself against bullets in battle, Sundance is equipped with a suit so she can travel long distances, Ji-Soo Paik can automatically detect enemies deals damage, and Angel is a quick medic. These Specialists are inspired by previous Battlefield Classes.
Battlefield 2042 will launch for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC on November 19, and is available for pre-order now on the Microsoft Store or the platform of your choice.
