In the first release, players in 35 markets in North America and Europe will be able to experience Lineage 2M – a version made based on the popular Lineage II but for mobile devices. The game is currently available on both the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS).
Before that, the game was available in Korea.
This limited release means that gamers in other markets still cannot “mainstream” download the game to their devices and start their adventure journey. Among the countries that have not yet released the game is Vietnam – often in the group that is not a priority for early release.
Not only that, in the near future, even if the game is launched in other markets like Asia or Southeast Asia, the release rate in Vietnam is still very low. Not ruling out the possibility of being in the last group on the list, maybe not even officially released.
To overcome this problem and satisfy the craving, players in Vietnam (as well as other countries and territories that have not yet released Lineage 2M) can use a few small tricks to roam for Apple ID or their region. Play Store to supported markets.
Android players are also “easier to breathe” when they just need to go to 3rd party application stores or download the APK file to their device to install and experience, no need to change IP when playing. But note that this comes with the risk of choosing the wrong installation files that have been edited for malicious purposes and users must be responsible for their own decisions.
Currently, the game has English support – a fairly common language, so joining the world of Lineage 2M is much easier than when only Korean.
