A total of 9 freestyle contestants have passed the Expert Challenge’s Online Interview Round to compete and undergo the program’s challenges.

The first challenge of that Practice Round is Configuration Selection. The program’s title is as follows: “Let’s use the budget of 39 million VND to build a complete set of computers to serve the needs of video editing and live streaming when needed.”
Candidates will have to choose one to create a complete set of computers according to the requirements and budget of the problem, in 45 minutes.
Candidates can consult and select configuration on the website of the sales agent but are not allowed to use the shopping cart and Internet tools to look up.

Through this challenge, Expert Challenge will know the contestants’ understanding of the components of a computer set, the update of product information and the ability to calculate and handle flexible situations.

Test takers are graded based on many factors: Does the machine work or not? Are components missing? Is there a budget optimization? And the test has the optimal component combos?…

Coming to the second challenge: Machine assembly, the contestants have 1 hour and 30 minutes to assemble a machine that is randomly drawn (The components are the same).

Accompanying the contestants in this challenge is expert Modder Nguyen Dinh Ban – also known as Nhonhophach. He is one of the leading Modders in Vietnam with very unique PC case modding projects and has participated in many international competitions.

In addition to professional skills, the program also brings laughter to the audience with “unique” challenges. During the exam, the candidates have the opportunity to bring more benefits for themselves or “play bad” other candidates. In episode 3, a potential contestant was forced to assemble the machine with 2 index fingers when another contestant used his right to compete in adverse conditions.

In the remaining 2 challenges in Expert Challenge season 3, benchmarking and editing, the contestants also used every means to get the best score for the test. And to prove that IT people are not dry, the discrete footage is also edited into an attractive and creative video no less than professional editors.
