According to Aroged, on January 5, the American company Sucker Punch Productions announced that their Ghost of Tsushima game has sold a total of 8 million copies since its release date. In the announcement on the game’s official Twitter account, the company said: “We are delighted and surprised that more than 8 million copies of Ghost of Tsushima have officially been sold. Many thanks to everyone who has played since the game’s launch. We are extremely grateful for your support.”
Ghost of Tsushima game over 8 million copies coming to PC next month?
Ghost of Tsushima was released in July 2020. In November of the same year, the game’s sales exceeded 5 million copies. Due to the game’s popularity, an expanded version of Director’s Cut was released in 2021, and Sony Pictures and PlayStation Productions decided to film the story of a Japanese samurai named Jin Sakai. The action movie will be directed by “John Wick” director Chad Stahelski.
At the end of 2021, a source appeared that said Ghost of Tsushima is likely to be released on PC in February this year, specifically on February 8. This stems from the appearance of the Ghost of Tsushima page on the popular Instant Gaming key sale website. However, there is still no official confirmation of the game’s arrival on Steam.
